Behind the Savalan label is a modern full-cycle enterprise — from vine to bottle — built in Gabala with international quality in mind.
Winery
The winery was founded in December 2006 in the Gabala district by ASPI AGRO under the ASPI Winery brand. From the start the focus was on quality: its own vineyards, modern equipment and strict control.
The grapes are harvested by hand, processed on modern equipment, and the wine is aged in oak barrels. It is the path the world's best wineries follow.
Winery
Savalan's wines are crafted by an international team of winemakers in which Italian specialists play an important role. Their experience joined the character of the local grapes and climate.
The winery has a museum telling the story of Azerbaijani winemaking — from ancient archaeological finds to modern technology.
